Booking Policy
When confirming the booking, a 20% deposit of the total amount of the stay must be paid. This payment confirms the reservation and blocks the selected dates.
The remaining balance, along with the security deposit, must be paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation. The security deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 72 hours after departure, once the general condition of the property has been checked.
Deposit and Refund
The deposit aims to cover possible damages or breaches of the internal rules. If the accommodation is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival, the amount will be fully refunded using the same payment method.
Cancellations
If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount paid will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. Failure to show up on the arrival day will result in the total loss of the booking.
House Rules
- The number of guests cannot exceed the number indicated in the booking.
- Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization from the owner.
- Please respect quiet hours: from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Pets are allowed only upon request and always under the responsibility of their owners.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 12:00 p.m.
Check-out: before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
In some cases, late check-out may be available, depending on availability.
